The cooking time is around 20 minutes.

The ingredients:

  • All-purpose wheat flour – 100 gms
  • Sugar 500 gms
  • Butter 600 gms
  • Skim milk powder 30 gms
  • Custard powder 25 gms
  • Milk 100 gms
  • Butterscotch chips (crushed) 200 gms.


  1. Add the butter, sugar, milk powder, the custard powder and beat it to a nice fluffy mixture. Add about 80% of the butterscotch chip to this mixture and leave it aside.
  2.  Pour the milk to the above mixture.
  3. Sift the flour in small quantities to the above mixture and knead it into a soft, smooth dough.
  4. Roll the dough into a sheet about the thickness of the cookie. (1/4th of an inch)
  5. Sprinkle the remaining butterscotch chips on the rolled dough.
  6. Using a cute attractive shaped cookie cutter, cut the dough into a small cookie.
  7. Bake the cookie in the preheated oven for about 18 – 20 minutes. Maintain a baking temperature of 1750
  8. Let the cookies cool down.
  9. Store in the airtight cookie jar.


# 2 Black Raisin Cookies

  • Chopped black raisins ¼ cup

  • Mashed roasted sweet potato 1 cup
  • Melted coconut oil ½ cup
  • Honey 1 tbsp

  1. Add oats, shredded coconut, flaxseed, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl and stir it well.
  2. Once this mixture is blended well, add the egg, mashed sweet potato, coconut oil, and honey with the vanilla essence and mix it well
  3. Place 1 tsp size portions on the baking tray and flatten to make a round cookie, about ¼ inches thick.

  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Ground ginger 1/8 tsp
  • Allspice 1/8 tsp
  • Salt 1/8 tsp
  • Maple syrup  2 tbsp
  • Molasses 1 tbsp
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Butter softened ¼ cup
  • Sprinkles, raisins, chocolate chips.


  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead it into a dough.
  2. Roll the dough into about ¼ thick sheet between two parchment sheets.
  3. Use the men shaped cookie cutter and cut the cookies.
  4. Bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes at a temperature of 3700

  • Natural creamy unsalted peanut butter 1 cup

  • Rolled oats 1 cups
